After the move from up north, we had an opportunity to purchase a restaurant along the Grand Strand. By focusing on fresh, made to order food and exceptional service, our restaurant flourished. The success of our first restaurant lead to the purchase of two other restaurants. As the owners of Donald's Pancake House, we strive to offer the best service and food at affordable prices. This has lead to the restaurant winning "Best of the Beach" three times.

Richard Walker’s Pancake House has been, and always will be, a 100% family owned, family funded, and family operated business. We start with the finest blend of whole-bean prime-roasted coffee sourced from Central America – exclusively for our restaurants. We slowly drip purified water through the freshly ground beans, and what’s left is rich, full-bodied, deeply flavored coffee…and each pot is made fresh.

This place is so nostalgic and comforting. First time I ate here was back in 2017 in the Downtown San Diego location. The servings are huge and it’s so delicious. We got the Dutch baby pancakes and this takes about 20+ mins.

We are Edmond and Merita Asllanaj, the owners and operators of Donald's Pancake House. We grew up in Albania, finished college, got married and decided it was time to find a better life for our family and get out from under communist rule. We made our move to Greece which we loved, but ultimately decided to move to Pennsylvania since we already had family members living there.
